Postponed - Japan Gaming Congress dates
After careful consideration, an early decision has been made to move the Japan Gaming Congress from October to December or January. The decision, made by the JGC Executive Committee which is jointly made by Clarion Events and Hakuhodo Inc., has come about due to the volatility seen in recent weeks in the Asian financial markets and the challenging landscape that this creates for politicians, strategists, investors and stakeholders to trade effectively until the markets start to calm and return to normal.
The IR Bill is predicted to have evolved through the Lower House and with the increased market stability expected by then, these new dates set up the Japan Gaming Conference in prime position for stakeholders seriously committed to seizing the new opportunities that regulation in Japan can bring for early adopters.
Further information on the Japan Gaming Congress will be released later this month, but for the time being please direct any enquiries either to the JGC Administration office in Japan or UK.
