Steven Tight is President of International Development for Caesars Entertainment Corporation. Based in Hong Kong, Mr. Tight is responsible for the company’s expansion into international markets including the development of branded gaming and non-gaming resorts.
Mr. Tight has twenty five years of experience in large-scale international hospitality and entertainment development in Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. Prior to joining Caesars Entertainment in 2011, Mr. Tight was Chief Executive Officer of two real estate development companies in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, focusing on luxury hospitality and entertainment mixed-use developments.
Prior to his experience in Dubai, Mr. Tight spent seventeen years with The Walt Disney Company, where he served in executive roles in the development and operations of Disneyland Paris and led the company’s international theme park and resort development effort. As Managing Director of Hong Kong Disneyland, Mr. Tight led the successful negotiations with the Hong Kong SAR Government to realize Disney’s fifth theme park and resort destination worldwide.
Mr. Tight is an architect by training and holds a bachelor’s degree from Stanford University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
