Tom Nieman is a worldwide marketing executive with more than 40 years of experience in the gaming and lottery industries. As JCM Global’s Vice President of Marketing, he directs the company’s marketing efforts for the company’s offices in APAC, EMEA and the Americas.
In addition to his role at JCM, he is President of the Association of Gaming Equipment Manufacturers (AGEM), where he has served on the Board since 2011. He is also Board Member at Large for the American Gaming Association (AGA). He is an in-demand speaker and thought-leader and has addresses countless gaming industry events and seminars.
During his tenure at JCM Global, he has directed the branding and launch of several of the company’s leading products. He has also been instrumental in expanding the company’s reach beyond its core gaming business, dramatically increasing JCM’s revenue streams with new contracts in the banking/ATM industry.
He has served in the senior level sales and marketing capacity and key licensee for numerous gaming/lottery vendors and suppliers, such as Scientific Games, Bally Gaming, Shuffle Master and JCM Global. He has directed the branding and marketing communications efforts for companies, products, and services.
As the champion of the Gamemaker video slot launch (Bally), the Let It Ride table game launch (Shuffle Master) and the re-branding of JCM Global, he consistently delivers tangible and measurable results for his key stakeholders. Early in his career while at Bally Manufacturing in Chicago, he was the first to secure a third-party license to theme an arcade pinball machine, and played an instrumental role in the global Pac Man phenomenenon of the 1980s. He is a graduate of the University of Michigan, where he played on the legendary 1969 football team.
He has four children and 11 grandchildren, and he and his wife Sally reside in the capital of gaming, Las Vegas.
