Yoshiyuki Oshita serves as member of the board of the Japan Fine Arts Exhibition, Nitten,

member of the board of councilors of Shizuoka Performing Arts Center (SPAC),

and auditor for the Association for Corporate Support for the Arts.

He also serves as a board member of the Japan Association for Cultural Economics, Japan Association for Cultural Policy Research,

and Japan Association of Contents .

He is also a member of the Cultural Policy Committee of the Commission for Cultural Affairs of the Agency for Cultural Affairs.

He also serves on many cultural policy related bodies, including as a member of the Tokyo Arts & Cultural Council ,

special mediator for Osaka Prefecture and Osaka City, councilor of the Okinawa Cultural Activation Creativity Dissemination Project Support Project  (Okinawa Arts Council), advisor to the Tsuruoka City Culinary Culture Creativity City Project , advisor to the Culture and Sports Commission of Niigata City, and initiator of the forum for consideration of the issue of extension of copyright protection period.
